BREATHING is your BEGINNING and your END
EVERYONE BREATHEST
so it’s not that special”, someone once said to me. And that sounds quite logical and in a sense it is also true of course. We can not not breathe. Try it. Your body will automatically take over from your mind. You actually have nothing to want when it comes to breathing. Life determined.
YOUR BODY WORKS FOR YOU
even without you being aware of it. And it has been since the moment you began to take shape in your mother’s womb. And we usually don’t remember anything about those first experiences, although they do have an influence. And all the while, your life energy just flows through your cells.
FROM THE FIRST START
However, there are also moments in our lives that cause that life energy to stop. This can have various causes. We don’t feel safe, we’re scared, we’re angry, we want to scream or resist what we’re experiencing, but for whatever reason we are not able to do so at that moment.
IF THEN THERE IS NO ONE
that we trust so that we can find peace and let go again, it may be that the energy remains stuck in our system. We call this trauma. Our natural reaction could not be completed and the energetic imprint of that moment continues to go with you in your life, so to speak.
THIS HAPPENED TO EVERYONE
and it helps in creating our personality and our ego structure. In general, we just learn to live with it. We don’t know any better. But that trapped energy can also cause all kinds of physical and mental problems in the course of our lives.
BY WORKING
with our body, our breath and our voice we can complete the natural movement associated with those traumas. We do, as it were, what we couldn’t do then, so that the imprint can dissolve and the energy can flow again and the complaints and problems can disappear.
What does a BREATHING SESSION look like
A BREATHING SESSION has roughly five steps and takes about one to one and a half hours.
What are you facing in your life
In a coaching conversation we look at what is currently going on in your life and together we look for what could be the cause. We can use systemic work, inner child work, body work and various other ways to gain clarity.
Where do you experience that in your body
Fixed and tightened energy always has a place in your body where it can be experienced the most. You make contact with this place and with that we activate the connection of your body with the energy. After that your body knows exactly what to do in the breathing session.
Breathe and release
You lie on a mattress and through a deep continuous breath you enter a different state of consciousness where your body can let go. Your body can start to shock, all kinds of emotions can arise and it is therefore very helpful to ude your voive and make some noise. During this session you will be accompanied by stimulating music.
Relaxation
When your body is done letting go, it’s time to relax. Your body needs some time to catch its breath and process what has happened. While you lie comfortably under a blanket, there is soothing music.
What did you experience
At the end of the session, we take the time to look at how things are going at that moment, what you experienced in the session and what you need to be able to continue. We do this with a cup of tea and some fruit or a biscuit.
